Behind the Scenes: The Art of Full Body PPF Application

Prepping for Precision: Before any film begins, we meticulously clean and prep the vehicle's surface. This includes disassembly of any badges, trim pieces, in this case we also removed the rear wing to achieve a trunk done in 1 piece rather than have a seam that could get dirty over time and become browned. It's a crucial step to ensure that the PPF adheres seamlessly and without a hitch.
Designing PPF: Using advanced computer-cut templates, we design templates tailored to the vehicle's unique contours. Where applicable we make sure to edit every template though to ensure every single edge and corner is wrapped to ensure 100% coverage (literally) This step is where precision meets artistry, ensuring that the PPF fits like a second skin.
Application Process: The application itself is a combination of skill and precision. We deftly lay down the PPF, with our filtered slip tanks we take an extra step to ensure your PPF will be free of any lint or debris especially on a white vehicle. Each section is handled with meticulous care, ensuring a flawless finish.
Seamless Integration: One of the wonders of full body PPF is its ability to seamlessly integrate with the vehicle's design. The film becomes nearly invisible, allowing the original paint to shine through while providing robust protection and adding self healing + hydrophobic properties from STEK’s DYNOShield.

Quality Check: Quality is paramount. Before we present the transformed vehicle to its owner, a rigorous quality check is conducted. Since quality is our priority , after full body installation we like to reserve an additional 24 hours to let the film cure and give it any touch ups if necessary. This includes inspecting for any imperfections, ensuring the PPF is secure, and validating that the vehicle is ready for the open road.
